2. Eligibility for Refunds
- Refunds are available only within 7 days of purchase for non-delivered or unused services.
- If work has already commenced or been delivered, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion.
- Custom development, branding, or design projects are non-refundable once design or coding work has begun.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for refunds:
- Logo and branding packages after design concepts are sent.
- Content writing services once submitted to the client.
- Monthly subscription plans after the billing cycle starts.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at billing@asiatrix.com with the following information:
- Full name
- Order ID or invoice number
- Reason for requesting a refund
Once the refund request is approved We will process and credited within 7 business days to the original mode of payment.
5. Dispute Resolution
If you're unhappy with the outcome, we encourage open communication to reach a mutual agreement. Legal disputes will fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
